Job Title : Business Development Manager ( Senior & Junior )
This position is based in Chandigarh ,Delhi ,Noida ,Gurgaon – India.
Requirement Numbers Per Locations : Chandigarh& Tricity -02 , Delhi & NCR 2 Team leaders & 2 sales executive
Package:
For Senior Level Rs.2.5 Lacs to Rs.3.6 Lacs (Includes All the TA, DA & Allowances),Target Incentive & Commissions will be there to achieve .
For Junior Level Rs.1.80 Lacs to Rs.2.40 Lacs (Includes All the TA, DA & Allowances),Target Incentive & Commissions will be there to achieve .
Job Description
Key Resposibilies are as follows:

Self Starter from the scratch & Launching OMBS as group of professional in online marketing consulting & its web based product.

Increase revenue by growing OMBS relationships with key current online advertisers, and identify and acquire new clients within the less penetrated segments of your marketplace.

Work closely with your customers to develop and implement new approaches to improve online marketing strategies.

Lead and mentor your team, developing their skills in areas such as relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification and solution selling. (Depends on activities to activities)

Contribute meaningfully to the senior management team at OMBS. Engage with key multidisciplinary stakeholders (external and internal), including Marketing, Engineering and Product Development.
Qualification Requirements:
- BA/BS/B.COM with excellent academic track record preferred, MBA a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a sales leader in charge of high-caliber account management teams, with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Significant experience and success devising breakthrough plans to win new business, as well as maintaining and developing complex, high-value managed accounts through the utilization of a consultative selling approach.
- Strong sales and deal-closing behaviors. Substantial experience in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and consultative selling
- Demonstrated success developing team members is essential.

This position is based in Chandigarh , Corporate office .

Client Servicing & coordination is most important part of any business,Ombs want to be best for any kind of knowledge base by providing deep analytics & reports to their clients so we need a person who will be on their toe to figure out what is the deal between client & ombs ,than how the implementation ,smooth delivery of the projects,click,leads & etc from the every departments.
Key Resposibilies are as follows:

Coordination between sales team,Accounts Departments & the required working departments like web designing ,Web development , Social media ,campaign monitor team.

knowledge about Google web applications & implementations .

Should have knowledge graphics web designs , content management system , so he/she will able to coordinate with design & development team regarding the websites ,landing pages , static & flash banners.

All kind of after sales service activities starts from this positions.

All Web development & designing & Social Media coordinator on the point of clients prospective.

Work closely with all the acquired customers to check will all the deliveries & smooth operations.

Providing the Knowledge base for further development in term of client satisfactions & Product Development.
